The Raising Vocations Collection supports ministries that help young people discover Jesus and accompany them on their vocation journey. The Raising Vocations Collection kicks off on August 3-4, 2024. Thank you for supporting our young men and women. Your prayers and gifts are helping our youth encounter Jesus!

The Catholic Foundation is proud to support many incredible ministries throughout northeastern Wisconsin that help people answer God’s call.  One of the ministries that does this is Anchor of Hope TEC (Together Encountering Christ). Through the support of two Catholic Foundation grants, Anchor of Hope will be able to keep supporting young people on their walk with Christ. 

The one by One campaign is strengthening parishes throughout northeastern Wisconsin.  Because of parishioners supporting the one by One campaign, St. Mary of the Seven Dolors Parish was able to begin a large tuck-pointing project and plastering project. 

The Catholic Foundation is a separate 501(c)(3) organization established to serve the Catholic community here in northeastern Wisconsin. More than 25 years ago, Bishop Robert Banks, Donald Long Sr., and Cindi Brawner planted a seed in northeastern Wisconsin.  It was with humble beginnings and deep faith that the seed was sown all those years ago.  Thanks to the generosity of families like yours, we have seen great fruit and brought Jesus to thousands of people. Here’s to another 25 years of prosperity and partnership with generous families like yours!

Living the Eucharist and Sharing the Gifts are the greatest acts of love we can give to our brothers and sisters in Christ. The Eucharist connects us to Jesus and inspires us to share God’s love with those we encounter.  The Bishop’s Appeal begins February 3-4, 2024.  Through your support, we are blessed to have the opportunity to share our gifts to further the mission of the Church.

Rev. Monsignor John Bernard Dewane, a Catholic Foundation board member emeritus, devout pastor, and diocesan administrator, passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 89.  His leadership was driven by the Holy Spirit.  He brought Jesus to hundreds through his diocesan work and played an important part in the beginning years of the Catholic Foundation.
