Make Your IRA Charitable Rollover Gift

Did you know you can support the mission of the Church and reduce your taxes at the same time? If you are age 70½ or older, you can make a charitable gift directly from your IRA to a qualified charity—such as your parish, Catholic school, the Bishop’s Appeal, diocesan ministries, or the Catholic Foundation—without paying federal income tax on the amount given. This gift, called a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD), is a simple and powerful way to live your faith and make an impact.

It was too painful a reminder he was gone.  Ariana’s parents encouraged her to give Steubenville a try.  Ariana finally agreed. Little did she know that decision would change her entire life.
