The Catholic Foundation will be accepting grant applications from October 1 to December 1, 2024. Each year, grants from designated funds and endowments are awarded to help meet the needs of our Catholic communities.

The Catholic Foundation awards grants from the Advancing the Mission Endowments in Evangelization, Leadership Development, and Lifelong Catechesis, as well as from the Monica Meyer Respect Life Endowment.

Helping People Discover Christ Through the Bishop’s Appeal: Thank You for Your Gifts!

Living the Eucharist and Sharing the Gifts are the greatest acts of love we have to deepen our relationship with Jesus. Through your support, the 2024 Bishop’s Appeal has exceeded $6.4 million! Over 23,000 individuals and families have shared their gifts to further the mission of the Church. We currently have 111 parishes who have met their goal. Missionary Cooperation Plan Appeal Shares Jesus Across the World

The Missionary Cooperation Plan (MCP) Appeal began in the 1930’s to centralize the efforts of international missionary organizations that wish to appeal for assistance from Catholics in the United States. Mission visits and the MCP Appeal are held May 15th through September 15th each year. Support Turkey-Syria Earthquake Relief Efforts

On February 6, a 7.8 magnitude earthquake devastated large areas of central Turkey and northwest Syria. The death toll has surpassed 11,000 and continues to climb. The earthquake is the worst to strike Turkey this century.  
Pope Francis offered his prayers and called for solidarity with victims after two  powerful earthquakes brought death and destruction to southeast Turkey and northern Syria.
