How To Apply

The Catholic Foundation considers grant applications annually from Catholic parishes and schools, qualified individuals for scholarships, Catholic entities and other types of charitable organizations whose missions do not conflict with Catholic teachings. All applicants must be located within the Diocese of Green Bay.

Applications are accepted from October 1 to December 1.

Applications are accepted from October 1 to December 1. Your grant application must be submitted to the Foundation by December 1 to receive consideration for funding in the upcoming year. Grant determinations are made in March with applicants being notified of final outcomes in spring. If a grant is awarded, grant checks will be mailed by June 30.

If you are a first-time applicant, Welcome! You will need to create a user profile in Foundant, our grant program software. The process can be started before the October 1 grant application window opens. For support in establishing your new account visit our video and written tutorials guides.
